Vision
Our vision is to develop confident and resilient children in a high-quality environment that is safe, secure and healthy. With an authentic commitment to every child and family, we will cultivate learning using an exciting arts-based approach that will foster their skills and prepare them for school and the global future.

Underpinning our philosophy are the values of Trust, Respect, Diversity and Creativity. Trust for parent and educators; Respect for our children and teammates; embracing and celebrating Diversity and uniqueness; Creativity in play and problem solving.
At Kingsville Early Learning, we recognise that supporting children to develop thinking skills for life-long learning begins before the age of 1. While meeting the requirements of the Australian Early Years Learning Framework, our focus will be to stimulate children’s development and thinking skills.
Learning through play and fun
Children learn best through play and fun. The deliberate use of music and movement, arts and drama in learning experiences promotes neurological development, accesses both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, and fosters social connection. The arts form the core of our learning approach: Play Explore Create.
Children are naturally inquisitive, positive and excited about learning. Our educators enable child-led inquiries that foster exploration and experimentation and enable children to build knowledge and concepts for deeper learning.
Collaboration and community
‘It takes a village to raise a child’. As educators, we work alongside families. We provide strong, consistent, caring relationships to develop every child’s confidence. Our educators are skilled at scaffolding learning; strategically selecting and placing resources and play equipment for children to freely access. We help children develop social and communication skills via adult modelling, expansion and peer practise.
Community involvement enhances children’s learning outcomes. Connections to place and a sense of belonging support children’s developing knowledge of their identity and community. Collaboration with children, families and team members is central in our process.
